LSU Participates in Equine Colic Symposium

The 6th Equine Colic Research Symposium was held in Athens, Ga., November 8-11, 1998. There were approximately 190 registrants representing 13 countries. This symposium is held every 3-4 years and brings together the world leaders in equine gastrointestinal and related research. A total of 112 research abstracts were presented in oral or poster format by the participants. LSU contributed more abstracts than any other institution worldwide.
